This form may be used by any WSU Tri-Cities official organization, department, student, or employee to request funding for events, activities, or programs that: 1.) directly benefit all students, 2.) is open to all students, and 3.) meets the guidelines for funding set forth in the preamble of the ASWSUTC Constitution to represent student interests, needs, and welfare at WSUTC on issues affecting student life and to supplement and complement the formal education of this campus.

You will be required to attend a senate meeting to formally request your event funding for approval. Requests for funds transfer occur on and 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.  It may take several weeks before the money will be transferred to appropriate accounts depending upon request time and processing.  You will be notified when you are able to spend the approved amount. 

If approved, you will be required to attend a senate meeting after the event to provide follow up and actual expenses for this event. You will be responsible for the return of monies not spent for this event to the ASWSUTC account.

S&A Fee accounts are not to be overspent. You must carefully monitor your expenditures and allocations.

Officers of each organization are responsible for seeing that their organizations abides by university rules and regulations concerning scheduling, financial projects, advertising, and other policies applicable to their respective campus as established by the department responsible for student affairs. WAC 504-28-010 (3)(a)
